I will plan your project using the best practices that are in the International Standard Project Body of Knowlege (PMBOK). Depending on the size an complexity of your project allows me select the the processes most appropriate for your project. I don't have to use all of the processes to lead your project to success.
Step one. Create the Project Charter.
Inputs to create the project charter is the Business Case for the project. Any agreements around the project. Enterprise Environmental Factors such as Legal and Regulatory constraints; stakeholder expectations and risk thresholds.

- Project Purpose
- Measureable Project Objectives and related success criteria
- High level requirements
- High level Project description, boundaries, and key deliverables
- Overall Project Risk
- Summary Milestone Schedule
- Pre-approved budget
- Key Stakeholder List
- Project Approval requirements
- Project Exit Criteria
- Assigned Project Manager and authority Level
- Definition of who will initially be on the project team
- Name and authority of the project sponsor
